Wholesale Terms

Our wholesale program is for approved Belliza dealers — furniture retailers and hospitality projects. Please review the terms below.

  • Who it’s for: Approved Belliza dealers (furniture retailers & hospitality projects).
  • Wholesale pricing: Wholesale pricing is visible only to logged-in approved dealers.
  • Minimum order: 1 unit.
  • Payment: Payment is required before shipment.
  • Freight: Dealers may arrange their own pickup from our Distribution Center (8076 W 21 Ave, Hialeah, FL 33016) at no charge, or use Belliza delivery at 50% off standard carrier rates.
  • Lead time: In-stock items ship the next business day.
  • Warranty: All Belliza products include a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects (workmanship and materials). If a defect is found, the remedy is credit or replacement of the defective parts. To make a claim, the dealer must notify Belliza promptly and provide a copy of the invoice, the delivery ticket, and photos of the defect. This warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized modifications, and floor samples or “as is” items.
  • Returns: A 20% restocking fee applies to returns.
  • Dealer applications: Dealer applications are reviewed within 24 hours.
  • Accepted payment methods: We accept wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards. Payment is required before shipment.
  • Freight: Dealers may arrange their own pickup from our Hialeah, FL distribution center, or use Belliza-coordinated delivery at 50% off our standard carrier rates. Freight responsibility transfers to the dealer once goods leave our dock.
  • Returns/RMA: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery and require prior written authorization (RMA). A 20% restocking fee applies to authorized returns.
  • Damage/defect claims: Inspect all goods upon receipt. Report shipping damage within 48 hours; claims for defective products within 5 days, with invoice, delivery ticket, and photos of the defect.
  • Backorders/price changes: Backordered items ship as soon as stock is available. Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed orders are honored at the agreed price.
