Our minimum order quantity is 1 unit.

Freight: dealers may arrange their own pickup from our Distribution Center (8076 W 21 Ave, Hialeah, FL 33016) at no charge, or use Belliza delivery at 50% off standard carrier rates.

Lead time: in-stock items ship the next business day.

The customer must inspect the merchandise upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Claims for defective products must be submitted within 5 days of delivery, with invoice, delivery ticket, and photos of the defect. A 20% restocking fee applies to authorized returns.
