Wholesale Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions

Belliza: Wholesale supplier of products.
Customer: Company or individual that purchases products from Belliza for resale or commercial use.

2. Eligibility

Only registered companies or authorized merchants may purchase under wholesale conditions.
Proof of business (business license, EIN, etc.) is required.

3. Orders

Minimum order: 1 unit.
All orders are subject to inventory availability.
Belliza reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are exclusive to wholesale customers and may change without prior notice.
Payment must be made prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping cost and method are agreed upon at the time the order is confirmed.
Belliza is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
The customer must inspect the merchandise upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Claims

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.
Claims for defective products must be reported within a maximum of 5 days after delivery.

7. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

8. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon full payment.
Risk transfers to the customer at the time of delivery.

9. Use of Brand and Materials

The customer may not use the Belliza brand without prior written authorization.

10. Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
